Cannot sign up
At sign up the email code verification part refuses to work, just keeps telling me it failed, the “send code” button then stops working all together, useless app
Why even bother?
Not possible to log in. After you figure out you have to put your birthday in backwards to get it to accept it it says you can’t sign in until you verify your email, but refuses to send a code. And I only tried the app because I made a spelling mistake on my email trying to sign up on the website and am now locked in a loop with it saying I can’t create a new account because my phone number is being used, but I can’t verify with the incorrect email so basically I can’t have an account!

Rubbish app
6 months and still can’t sign in - pathetic and complete waste. Give me back my paper punchcard instead of this rubbish. Why can’t this be fixed??………………………
Frustrating
After I managed to work out how to put in my date of birth (start from your year of birth, then month, then date) I managed to get my email typed in but my husband had already used it so I couldn’t. Why can’t we use the same email with a different password? Tried to use another address but I could only type 8 letters/characters then it stops. Can’t go further. I thought you were supposed to iron out the bugs before you launch?
Almost a month since this was originally posted. Still can’t sign up. This is a MAJOR problem with the app. I would’ve thought you’d fixed it by now.
I wish I could take the one star odd this review. It’s not even worth that.

Downloaded app again.... says welcome back.... when I try to login says doesn't recognise the account !!

You can’t easily get keypad to go away.

To select what service you want to use you are redirected to the web site.
Select the service, time and hairdresser, confirm. It tells you the appointment has been made. All good, but it doesn’t list the booking in the space provided.
