  • Superb Help Desk Immediately Online

    This is an excellent company. Recently used on a trip from Japan where I live to Korea.

    My connection did not immediately work but the three people at the help online desk worked hard and got me connected.

    They are extremely polite unlike other kinds of eSIM Hubs!

    My Japanese wife introduced me to this company. Their help app immediately changes the translation to English and the translation is perfect!

  • Excellent and amazing service.

    This is a great app. My wife has used it three times and had instant access. My first time, I had some issues connecting but the help desk kindly walked me through it and resolved the connection issue within 30 minutes.
    Very caring help desk. Much better than two other e-Sim systems I tried to use that had rude help desk workers. I am still being harassed by one company that refuses to reimburse me for a failing system.

    You don’t need to be worried when you arrived at the airport as it would be connected with some simple settings. No waste time at the airport!
    The support was amazing. Very kind and patient.
    You don’t need to touch SIM card either.

  • Doesn’t work as supposed to

    I’ve just bought a data plan and: 1. It doesn’t create an esim automatically. You have to add a plan manually, copy and paste codes to activate. So basically the app just issues you a code and gives a brief manual. 2. It doesn’t work so I check FAQ and looks like you need to adjust APN manually too. Okay. 3. All set, no internet access. Turned on and off multiple times with no effect. 4. “Support” is a google form. Will ask for refund. UPD That’s what they tell you after 3 days (I’ve sent them the settings screenshots right away; they couldn’t suggest why esim is not working): “ Per our service policy. We can check if the eSIM is installed and the data usage in our system, but we cannot check the settings of your device, so you will have to operate it yourself. Therefore, we can only help you with the settings, but in this case, we cannot offer refunds. ”
    UPD after dev response: I’m a software developer myself, I have 5 esim apps on my iPhone 12 and I manually added more esims with codes. Guys, your app is just not working as intended and you’re awful at customer support. Admit it!

  • Highly recommend

    I used this eSIM for the first time for my trip to Italy. It was super convenient as I got the service as soon as I got to Italy. I travelled local areas in Toscana, and throughout the trip I had no issues. I used to pay $10 per day to my US carrier for the international plan, but this is much cheaper as it was only around $30 for a month. A customer service was amazing as they were very quick in responding to my questions in details. I will definitely recommend it to my anyone who travels overseas.
