Overheats phone constantly creating a ton of functionality problems

We apologize for the issues you are facing with our app. Did you reach out to our support team at support@car-cutter.com? With more details on your phone model, we will be able to investigate your problems to find solutions.Simply unreliable. It’s ok if you want to do a few cars but when you have 10 or more like I have to do everyday you are guaranteed to run into problems. Most notably uploading issues. It uploads all the photos as you’re working and it absolutely will kill your phone battery, you’ll notice how hot your phone gets as you go along. The only way you can work to get 4 or more cars done is by turning off cellular and uploading when you get to a home WiFi, otherwise your phone battery will be dead within an hour. Even with cellular off, the app will still drain your battery quickly. Then you run into the problem of the upload taking multiple days, or even at all, to get the photos to push through. Nearly every picture I take just stays stuck in “uploading.” There seems to be no order of how photos are uploaded either. The app frequently will crash, screen and camera will go black. You take a picture and it will just get stuck and you can’t go on to take the next picture. On top of that you can’t even pinch zoom like a normal phone will. Bottom line this app needs major fixing

I believe you already reached out to our support at support@car-cutter.com. We will stress our dev team to investigate your issues with priority. I could picture a bunch of cars and be connected to my dealerships WiFi and still not have them downloaded. There’s been days where i picture a car and it would take a week to 2 weeks at most.

Hi there, we are sorry you are facing an issue with your zoom settings. Our support team remains available at support@car-cutter.com to help you. Noticed last week the zoom seems to be set at 0.5x. Makes it more difficult to get good looking photos. Please switch it back or better yet allow an actual zoom in, zoom out option
After this most recent update a lot of my photos will not process. These types of photos were fine the before the update, but now 1/5 will not process no matter what I try. Some of these photos don’t even need a background but they still require processing for whatever reason. Super frustrating.

I have to input all cars manually which is a headache it would be great if they fix this issue
