Bluetooth doesn’t work
The app won’t connect via Bluetooth even though the vacuum is clearly on
Useless
The vacuum only runs for a few minutes when turned on via the app. The remote control option doesn’t work. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
Bad app
The app constantly loses connection with the robot cleaner and the cleaner only cleans for maybe 5 minutes before turning off even though I have it set for 2.5 hours. It never turned back on unless I go into the app and reset everything and turn on the cleaner again. It’s completely useless
