The New Cafe Del Sol

Cafe del Sol is a Mexican and American restaurant. The owners are a family from Chihuahua, Mexico. They came to the United States 24 years ago and this restaurant is operated by the same relatives. The owner started working in this place as a dishwasher 22 years ago and then he worked his way up to the kitchen and since then he has continued working in the place with this type of food. In 2007 he opened another location in Aurora Co called Joseph’s Cafe which lasted 2 years consequently another restaurant called Doll House Cafe in Lakewood Co which lasted a year and a half, worked in some places in the kitchen and today they continue to give their maximum effort and ready to learn from the mistakes that have been made in order to correct them and be able to offer customers the service they deserve.
