  • Not optimized for iPadOS

    Fandor doesn’t let you watch on iPadOS safari and requires you watching on app yet its app is not even optimized for iPadOS.
  • App unusable

    Tried to watch on apple tv, ipad, and iPhone. Signed in, even went with a subscription. Nothing worked

    Finally got an error message that told me to contact customer service

    So i did. Screen shots and everything.

    24 hours later i got a survey to rate my experience with the customer service.

    “Never received any contact from customer service, still does not work”

    Save yourself the time folks, they aren’t accepting new customers

  • Appalling

    Honestly quite impressive how broken this app is. Signing up crashed the app, and it wouldn’t detect my subscription when reopening it (despite starting my free trial). Search doesn’t work. Chromecasting doesn’t work. Takes two or three taps to get the interface to appear when watching something. The service looks great, but this app is dreadful.

  • Don’t bother

    What a time wasting joke. I signed up for the 7 day free trial, and couldn’t log in. Like right after I signed up. And was signed in. Changed the password, the whole deal. Truly if you aren’t going to even let people watch your stuff why bother? I signed up through IOS so cancelling was easy. I would have to say that if you use a credit card then good luck. Probably an endless runaround.
    Got a lot of “There was a problem” “Retry” “Something went wrong.” Yeah, something did. Fandor went wrong. Garbage.

  • Horrible on Apple TV

    Navigating this app on Apple TV is frustrating and often results in the app borking out. I tried to cancel my subscription but cannot due to the website being as janky as the app itself. It’s unfortunate because I used to love Fandor and its content. Sadly, both are not worth the headache anymore.

    Cannot cancel the subscription either within the app or in a browser. Links are broken.
  • Faulty

    App kept crashing and I tried everything from updating my software to reinstalling the app. Keeps crashing no matter what. Uninstalled please fix!

    The app won't stay open anymore.
