Price History of Java House Africa Loyalty

Description of Java House Africa Loyalty

Java House, commonly referred to as ‘Java’, opened its first store in 1999 at Adam’s Arcade in Nairobi. With the aim of introducing gourmet coffee drinking culture in Kenya, the first outlet was a coffee shop and later the brand evolved to an American diner style restaurant to its present-day status as a 3 -day part coffee-led, casual dining concept. Java House is now one of the leading coffee brands in Africa and has grown to have outlets in 14 cities across 3 countries in East Africa (Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda). It has also birthed two sister brands Planet Yoghurt, a healthy, tasty and fun frozen yoghurt store, 360 Degrees Pizza, a casual dining restaurant and Kukito, a quick service restaurant specializing in grilled chicken. For our 22 nd birthday, we decided to reward our guests with one of their largest requests, a Java House loyalty app. Features included in the app: > Java House promos and offers > Ability to earn points with every visit at a Java House branch > Ability to redeem points when required > Exclusive rewards on food and drink for app users > List of restaurants Authorized Users and Loyalty Points > This App is intended for Java House customers. > In order to use certain current or future functionalities of this App, you will be required to register or sign in as a loyalty customer or to create an account. > A Java House customer must present their mobile phone number at the time of purchase to earn points. No points will be awarded retrospectively. > A customer will earn KES. 2.00 for every KES 100.00 spent. > Where a Customer obtains sufficient points, such points may be redeemed at any given time by the Customer by the Customer presenting their mobile phone number at the time of purchase and payment at any of the outlets participating in the loyalty scheme. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. > Redemption value of points is currently at KES. 1.00 per point. We reserve the right to review and/or modify this criteria at our own sole discretion and without requirement for notice. > Java House reserves the right to change the redemption criteria and/or exclude any items or services from the loyalty scheme and hence loyalty points may not be awarded for purchases of such goods and/or services. > A Customer may inquire from the App on the number of points credited to the Customer’s account or the account balance. > Java House can, at its own discretion, modify the loyalty programme rewards without notice save for updates and reviews to these Terms and Conditions where need be at its own discretion. > Java House reserves the right to discontinue membership or an account and void a Customer’s point balance and rewards if any unauthorized points are earned or redeemed, or if there is any unauthorized use of the App or loyalty programme. We will continually work on adding features to the up with constant updates. “Welcome to Java. A home away from home”

  • Horrible User Experience

For a large organization, this app has the worst user experience. Half of the time the app doesn’t load or logs someone out. Also the customer journey is so bad it discourages any use of it.
