Very cliche, but if I could give this one stars… I would!
1. Can’t get my direct deposit a day early like I have been since I signed up with this credit union almost 10 YEARS AGO!
2. As of today (01/04/2022) I am trying to log into my account and I have to keep signing in! Sending verification code over and over again! And I still can’t view MY ACCOUNT!
3. These updates shouldn’t be this awful considering the bank itself AND the online system was shut down for close to a week a few months ago to prepare for this “amazing” new app experience! You all should have gotten it right then!
WHAT. IS. THE. PROBLEM???!!! This is the very reason I want to switch credit unions! You guys are an absolute joke to say the least! You guys are playing with peoples MONEY! Something we need to pay bills and live off of! GET IT TOGETHER!

Takes Some Getting Used To!
It take a little time to adjust. I even had to go into the lobby to get assistance. As a senior citizen new things take some getting used to. I do like how quickly transactions are completed on this App.
Not Good At ALL
I was really excited about the new updates but as time went on I have found many things that is no longer like I use to get my payroll a day early that has stop I checked with my job and they tell me it’s the bank system, next I have to call to see if I have a pending deposit well with the old account you can see the pending deposit, . Add on do not take away the good things that work. I wish I could give no stars looking for another credit union and I been with this credit union over ten years plus

Learning
I am getting used to the new app. I’ve found a few problems, but I think they are more user errors than anything else. I’m sure it can do more things than I know how to do.
No diligence
Totally screwed me around on the bill pay after new system was implemented- just stopped paying my bills. When I call, as usual you cannot find anyone who really knows their job or what they are doing- an answering machine would be more helpful than most people there. I ask for someone who knows what to do to call me back- never did. And do you think they made good on the late bill fees they caused? No way- once they hung up the phone they put me in file 13. I no longer trust them without triple checking everything! This is not the CU it was 20 or 30 years ago- very disappointing

New program
Not user friendly. Setting up ebill payments is difficult and redundant.

Still trying to get use to it and in the trail and error mode. Like it so far.

Very glitchy
My account info never syncs and when I log out and try to get back into my account there is an error
