Ef Connect is a great app to organize your class hours and also to have a reminder of all the activities you have booked or that are available to do!!!

The app is well organized and is clear. All sections are clearly labeled and it is easy to get to what you are searching for, whether that be information about your housing, your class schedules or the documents you require before your departure. One of the best parts of the app is the countdown in the home page, which lets you know how many days are left until you leave for the most exciting adventure ever!!

Love learning languages by traveling and the EF campus connect app just made everything super simple. All the necessary information, documents and support in the same spot.

Terrible. Is EF a scam?
This app is so buggy it makes me doubt EF as a company. I opened the app one day, stepped away for ten minutes and when I came back it had logged me out. Then it wouldn’t recognize my logon. Said it couldn’t find my account. I went through the password reset and after a few steps that process led to a dead end and some weird error.
The worst part is that this is the third time I’ve had this happen to my on the account. I’ve emailed tech support and they literally refused to help me. I’ve called their phone number and submitted multiple “support tickets” and never heard back from technical support. I’m leaving in less than a month and I am starting to worry I have been scammed out of my tuition by a fake company.

Great App
EF Connect is a wonderful app that gives you access to all of the information that you’ll need for your trip. The app runs very smoothly and is very easy to navigate. If you’re planning on travelling with EF, this app will be a LIFESAVER! I highly recommend.

Can't log in since the recent update
I just updated the app and it won't open in Safari; it initially asks for me to sign back in but then times out. Very disappointing and frustrating. Please fix
