When I first downloaded the app, it was great! I enjoyed finding friends that have the same fitness interests as myself. Lots of actual great people that use it! It’s been about two months now that I have been logged out of my account. My account is now disabled and I have been trying to get ahold of the support team to get it fixed. I emailed them 3 times before turning to instagram and messaging the instagram account. I finally heard back from someone on instagram 3 weeks after I initially reached out on instagram saying they would look into it ASAP. I responded basically saying, “thank you”. That message was seen about a month and a half ago. My account is still not fixed, and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I followed all of the guidelines, so I am unsure why my account would have been suspended. I just tried getting back in and my account is STILL disabled. No explanation. No response. Just disabled. What is really disappointing, is that I paid for the subscription for a whole year before cancelling because I haven’t heard a single word back.
