I joined Aminas app after giving birth and it changed my postpartum journey. It helped me overcome my abdominal separation and deepen my practice. Amina is gentle but powerful as a teacher I cannot recommend enough.

Absolutely love Amina’s app. It gives me something new everyday to do and having the different lengths of classes is perfect for me so no matter how much time I have I can do something!! Love love love it <3
Amina Taha method
Amina Taha is one of the best yoga instructors I’ve had the pleasure to train with, she is calm, knowledgable and has an easy way of explaining the moves.
However I have only one comment on the videos audio on the app, the video audio is sometimes very low that Ive to raise up the volume too much to hear her and there is a lot of background sounds.
But am sure this will improve overtime as the app is still fairly new.

The absolute best yoga app
This is the best yoga app there is for many things, especially workshopping poses and gaining strength through drills! The micro-cues, alignment and positioning tips, and breathwork are so helpful in each pose and transition. I know there are many apps out there, but I personally feel that this one is the best for truly learning and advancing in your practice. Nothing is rushed or skipped. Every pose is intentional. The value for this app is insane. I would easily pay the yearly amount just for a month of these classes. And there are also amazing meditations.

I can not think of anyone better to learn yoga from. Such a beautiful person inside and out, so thorough with explanations. Such a fun app with SO many options of classes, challenges, specific poses and flows. Feels like having Amina in your living room with you.

Best yoga teacher! Her classes are always a challenge, regardless of what level you’re at. So glad she has an app with dedicated programs, it’s amazing!
