Must have app for first responders
You know when a new technology pops up, that you didn’t think you needed, but then once you use it, you don’t know how you lived without it… well Rapid Response is that kind of App. I recently went to a fire where the information given by the city wasn’t enough to understand what kind of building we were walking into, the Rapid Response information made a world of difference and assisted me in helping 4 people survives a structural fire in their building. Without the Rapid Response information, I would have needed more time to size up the building and make a decision on where to go. I hope the Rapid Response system is implemented and used by every Fire Department, what a game changer!FDNY Dan

Good tool for the toolbox. I’ve been playing around with the app the last few days in DC and a buddy in Baltimore told me about it. I see it getting traction and potentially more features eventually with a lot of success.Afoster55

The app is fantastic as far as mapping is concerned. But what I would like is to be able to tap on the incident in the app, and read the description that is given in the notifications. Once you clear the notification, the description is gone.Headpiece8

Thanks for the review! We have pushed some updates which now includes more ticket information and a "Location History" as well. I believe you may have been using the free version of the app, which has been temporarily paused. Rapid response is a must have app for all departments. The list goes on and on when it comes to the perks and tools this app has. It allows access that should be standard to all departments.
