Every game where evolution is involved has some segment of the reviewers who write rather than click the star(s) and move on losing their minds. It doesn't even have to be about evolution - as long as the word is there some set of anti-science, probably conservative "Christian" lose it. Evolution isn’t what people think it is. Evolution is the result of random changes in organisms- (not solar systems, not really). Sometimes the changes seem to do nothing but are along for the ride or a it can be beneficial most of the time except when it’s not. Take Sickle Cell Disease- one copy of the gene? Yay! Protection against malaria! Two copies? Maybe protection but pain becomes the red blood cells are sickle shaped a don’t carry oxygen. Others are more complex- you can be fine with 2 recessive copies of a gene that does X, with 1 recessive and 1 dominant, with 2 dominant you have a superpower - but add in gene Y and wham! you’re *really* sick with 2 dominant X copies and a little bit sick with 1 dominant copy of X. Was "Mother Nature looking to help anyone with the (mutations)? No. They happened. Gene X conferred an advantage for generations until Y came along..Where did Y come from? Dunno. Hardly matters. Just don’t think of evolution as guided and striving for positive changes and whoever decided it was anti God? Intelligent design just tries to claim evolution is all about positive change and improving species. Now that sounds like eugenics to me. Are people who reject evolution in favor of "intelligent design" embracing god led eugenics?
