Unoptimized & not user friendly
The city needs to get their money back, because this is one of the worst apps ever. I will personally protest the city if more than $500 was paid for this. My tax money has better uses than this app.🥸eleven 🤓
Location is non functional
The location feature to say where an issue occurs does not work. Since location is required on some types of tickets I cannot submit those tickets. When you type in an address and click done the location field remains blank.ursrihj
