This is a prime example of how not to design an app. It is ridiculously complex.
Why was it necessary to produce a more difficult means of accessing my local library?

Can’t login
My login info is correct but it won’t log me in. I have only been able to get in once. The search and all is great but not helpful if I can’t hold books or access my account info.also it doesn’t remember you so you have to login every time. If it lets you log in that is.
No Longer Works
This app no longer works. This is the message received each tie you try and open it. “Initialization failed. Contact app provider.” There is no way to report an issue. The app previously worked fine. It had fewer features than other library apps, but at least you could search for books. I’ve switched to Libby to search for digital items.
