Love the redesign
The new look and UI are so cool! More visually engaging, more fun to use, and I love the new name.
Liked it before the update
I loved cf and I used it as my primary news app. After the switch to shades everything feels much more clunky and hard to navigate, and I liked the old simplistic design much much better. Everything takes much longer to load now too.
Layout is nice, but it makes my phone very hot
The title really says it all. The app feels very nice to use, the games are fun, there’s multiple news sources for everything, but if you use the app too long it makes the phone get very hot, enough to force the brightness to drop twice. Fix that, and my rating will go up to 5 stars.
Want to like but…
For a month I thought they just stopped writing stories… then I discovered today, my app was out of date. Ive only had the app for a few months so that must be a thing… youdon’t get news unless you update.
Seems a bit foolish to not at least have some warning that your app is out of date and thus stories aren’t refreshed with current ones.

Appreciate the concise presentation of news that allows you to dive deeper at your discretion. Highly recommend cf.

really easy to use, love the game feature, love how much more accesible it makes reading the news however the one thing that i think could make it easier to read is if the first words of sentences were capitalized. i'm really impressed by the app but this detail makes my brain feel like it has to take an extra step between sentences. as much as i hate professionalism, i think it may increase the popularity of this app among older generations if they didn't have to read articles in the ways their children text (myself included)

i really like this! its a great mix of relevant news and trending internet topics that are actually interesting. i like the layout and how its not complicated at all
Overall pretty good
Overall a down to earth app. Short descriptions of what is happening in the world, and it has a lot of stories from what I can see. I would like to see more features like a comment section on the news and what people are saying about the particular story. Another feature I would love to see would be something like a trending tab, where I can see the stories on what people have spent the most time on, or interacted with the most.
This app has a long way to go before it becomes successful (making their own stories, being more in the middle of politics, Etc.) but I hope I can see it grow while I continue to use it.

love it just needs some fixes
i live this app so much. it makes latest news so easy and accessible, but i think because this is a new app, i have found a good amount of bugs. other than that, great app.
