Garbage - don’t waste your time
This app is complete garbage. When you attempt to create an account and it sends you the access code, the access code that it sends does not work. I tried twice. I am finally just giving up. This is complete garbage do not waste your time.
Terrible App
The concept is very good so a person can see their health information at a glance. Unfortunately, in practice this app doesn’t work. Can’t even log on after you create login credentials. If I could, I would have given it zero stars.

App doesn’t work. It will not even open. When I click on the “ get support " button it just takes me to the hospitals website.
Unusable
After submitting my username and password the app loads extremely slowly and ultimately errors out. I was not even able to access it. Will have to call the office Monday morning for my test results.
Terrible
Terrible app. Sends me updates that information is available but it’s no where to be found in the app or website. Southwest should just use the main UH system.
