Amazing
From the service tech side of things, this blows every other system out of the market. I can fully customize a cleaning program specific for each pool I visit. A huge step forward for the pool industry.
Does Not Work
Great concept but the system is flawed. I’ve had water in my pool for over five months and the floor filtration system still does not work.
They’ve no idea how to repair the issue. Never sent a capable representative to address the situation. All they have done is throw parts at my pool builder expecting him to figure it out.
So Beware! Stay away!!!

App goes blank
I have a brand new pool, the new infloor system was installed… When pairing, I connect to my network, for a brief second I see a diagram of my pool, and then it just goes black. Over and over again.
Too complicated
It’s an over-complicated, over-engineered, solution looking for a problem.
