Poor poor customer service
Have a fantasy league and graphics set up with SFL, not all is bad as the service is reasonably good, until something on the app doesn’t work and you receive zero response when attempting to contact via the app help page, TWO emails!! Instagram, Facebook and X! I have 2 teams and over 40 players relying on me to keep the smooth running of our fantasy league and I haven’t been able to cancel/amend fixtures for 2 weeks, something as simple as changing the team name:/ also don’t feel there is enough variety in player changes like deleting a player from the squad or changing their team. 1 star until I get some form of response, massively unprofessional, my first ever review and this is it… perfectly happy to charge with their micro purchases in app though

Good concept, over complicating it
Used SFL for a number of years and it was great, but feel it’s becoming overly complicated for no real reason.
Lots of restrictions now on selections based on multiple teams etc
Add to that that the update was forced after our season had already started it Ment all our data from our current league was deleted which is extremely annoying and has made a large number of players (especially those who were doing well) not bother wanting to play again

Since update the app is awful
Hi,
Since the recent update the app now crashes on every graphic edit. Also when typing in the address on next matchday posts you can’t even see what you’re typing and have to keep coming on and off. This app has gone from being amazing to now very annoying to use. Plus I am having to pay a subscription for this performance. Not the best.
