We seek to create a worldwide community of technical diving experts centered around the United States Navy and the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration's diving programs. We promote safe diving practices and access to policy publications and technical manuals, offer the ability for users to maintain their dive records from professional and recreational dives, and encourage engagement between military, government, public safety, commercial, and civilian divers. Note: This is a pay for use application and is only accessible for users who accept the annual subscription.
