App Crashes
Every time I try to open the app, it keeps crashing. I tried resetting the device, formatting. The device, still are the same issue!Blackice95

Actually This Apps is all arabic and you need to taranslate in english wheather you have a book or not. And second i have book for biometrics On april 2 , Tuesday and now i check it its GONE already, So i need to book again 🤦🏻♂️ , All people here in kuwait have problem with this apps , so basically they need to put english.royslie

There are over 3 million expats in Kuwait and there is no English option on this app!? Sadly, the developers are not taking any action, care or consideration to resolve this matter, even when the majority of reviews have been asking to add English!Poshcoquette

Notifications NEVER worked even though I have them turned-on in the app AND the phone’s settings.

Bugs and incorrect info
The app prevents me from getting help, whenever I type and send a complaint it force logout itself.
On haweyati my residency is up to date. On Sahel it’s expired a year ago. I booked a driving license exam on the web and the app did not display the notification of the booked. On the app it says the exam is booked while on the app it doesn’t show anything. The phone call provided to report a problem with the app, I tried to call for a week and no answer. This app is really useless.Tomy Willson

moe and divorced parents
there’s no need to send the other parent notification when the kid is absent or let him have access to the kid’s info ( grades, school name) if they’re divorced and the mom has a full child custody, as long they’re divorced give the mom and the kid privacy, not every dad should know these info abt the kid if they’re divorced in lawgalaxy widdow
English Language essential for expatriates
Sir, many expatriates also have to use Sahel app for meta services, medical appointments etc., please update app to bilingual (Arabic & English) . Hope support team will think and act accordingly. Thanks and regardsKhad2016
