Late transactions

How can you use 48 hours just to send 20 euros??? The service is really poor, I don’t think I will be using the app anymore, the money I sent is still in progress for 2 days and I have been debited already..

Moneyfex is rendering Visa cards obsolete

I bless the day I discovered Moneyfex. The rates are the best yet and it’s so easy and fast to use. While I was in the UK, I used only Moneyfex to send money to Cameroon and when I went to Cameroon, I didn’t use by bank card because with Moneyfex, I found the VISA card useless. Please include Orange Money and expand fast to other African countries. Cheers

Exchange rate good

Good exchange rate compared to others.The problem app keeps asking for updates.I have sent money 3 or more but it keeps asking for my identification every time I send which is sickening.A lot of work needs to be done, it’s a good initiative.Apps is so slow.The contact us on the app doesn’t work,customer care sector is very essential.online chat,email takes ages for response.

Easy set-up, good app & low hassle

Took less than 5 minutes to get set up on the app, transactions available to a wide range of African currencies. The fixed fee of £0.99 on the transaction was also low in my opinion for a secure and convenient transfer to my recipient via mobile money.

Great customer service

Excellent rates with an even greater customer service. Ensured my transactional issues were sorted and remained courteous and patient.

The app has a simple design which makes it easy to navigate but there’s a pop up that asks for an update despite the latest version being installed.

Very slow identity verification

Your rates are good but for the first transaction, can you kindly ask for identity verification before taking the money? Makes no sense to first initiate the transaction then pause it and ask for verification
