New phone nightmare
I paid for the annual subscription in January. I got a new phone in February and the app installed on the new phone but won’t allow me access to my paid subscription. I try to “Manage” my account and it takes me to a blank screen that says “cannot load.” I click on “retry” over and over and nothing happens. Waste of $30. For the month I had the app, it was pretty good, I like having the SOC protocols on the go. But for $30 I’d rather carry my book around.Show lessadahail
Problematic
The app is very expensive. I had difficulties opening up one of the apps features. I tried eventually to delete the app and then re-download it. This is after I had paid for the yearly subscription. The app has the audacity when I re-download it to ask me to pay it again just to access it. Waste of money in my opinion.Show lessMysery Buff
Constantly Crashes
I love the information in the app but it keeps crashing so I paid for something that I can’t use….

Would like it more if it didn’t crash all the time
Let me know when you update and maybe I’ll try again. It continues to be very glitchy. I’ve been told they are working on it. I’ll wait awhile before trying this one again.pbrooki

App not working
Purchased yesterday for free trial. All pages are blank except FAQ page. When clicking on oil chart the app closes out. Tried reaching out to developer with no response. Really opening to get full use off app.cbentzel
Unhappy to say the least
I love SOC and everything about it. This app has never worked properly for me. I used up my free trial days attempting to successful retrieve info from the app. It would always glitch and shut down. I refuse pay $4.99/month for something that never works.Alydafun

Hi there! You can simply cancel the subscription in your settings. This is the same way you would cancel any other app subscription. APPLE: Cancel Subscription *instructions may vary depending on which iOS you have, but they should be relatively the same. 1. Open the settings. 2. Tap your name (usually at the very top) to access your Apple ID info. 3. Tap on Subscriptions. 4. Tap the subscription you would like to manage. 5. Tap Cancel Subscription.Won’t work
Download app and every time I have tried to open it the app shuts down. Have tried multiple times and restarted my device. Hope this gets fixed. Would love to use this app.d-lab films
