Can’t get it to work
Tried on an iPhone and an ipad.
Can’t get past the “prepare your coffee grind probe” step.
No grinder options.
No camera access settings.

Cool idea, doesn’t work :/
I tried to create an analysis but there must be a bug in the software that will not allow me to “continue” to the second step of the process. I tried updating, etc. but to no avail. It would be a great app if the bugs are squashed!
App no longer works with latest IPhone update
That app worked great in the past. I had not used it for about 6 months and now it no longer works. Hopefully the developer can fix this issue.
Too out of date?
I had found this to be a very innovative and useful app, however it no longer works for me (can’t capture, or search for my grinds). Perhaps it is out of date relative to iOS and need an update?

Amazing tool to compare grinders and different grinder settings
This app is giving me a clear understanding what the different grinders and the different settings of the same grinder are actually doing.
Big surprise to me is the huge distribution of the grind sizes the grinders producing at different settings.
On the way to find the best grinder and the best setting for a great espresso experience with this app.

Automatic 5
I just opened the app shortly ago, and I can tell it's trying to fill a need that hasn't been addressed.
I hope the dev develops the app to perfection and gets good money doing it.
Grind size is a difficult thing to describe and very different across different grinders.
I'm giving this a 5 in the hopes of the idea developing to perfection.

works well
it’s tricky to distribute the grounds ready for imaging but that’s not the apps fault :) once you get that down it gives great results, of course to be sure it’s good to take like 3 readings of the same grounds and compare.
Nice that when you click on the results graph it shows a histogram.
i’d like a suggested ground size range for various brewing methods as an enhancement.
i note that when first started the app i filled out the settings for my brew method but it didn’t remember them. however it remembered them when i re-entered after a sample, so no big issue.
best thing i was going to write myself an app just like this and now i don’t have to. thanks!

App is working well for me now, easy and intuitive to use.

Hi, I am very sorry that the app does not return any result. I would like to find and fix the bug. Maybe you can give me some info? In which step are you stuck on (1-6)? Or does everything look normal? Do you get a preview including a red marked coin or is the preview already missing? What IPhone version are you using? Thanks!
