Crashed after 150 scans - huge waste of time, now I gotta do it all over again
Buggy app with no customer support
I was in a hurry to scan and send some documents, so I forgot to cancel the trial after my bad experience with this app (the crop feature doesn’t recognize my finger movements). I tried to get a refund after canceling my subscription 1 day after the 3 day trial and the customer support button just takes me to the terms and conditions. No contact information at all. I’ve now been billed almost $60 for a bad product and leaving a review is the only way to do anything about it.
