No BACKGROUND PLAYBACK 😑😑

I’m so glad to find another app like Private app but this app doesn’t support background playback and it cannot convert mp4 to mp3 😑😑

Response from developer

Hello, thank you for your feedback. fGet supports background playback. Due to an iOS 15 issue, it may happen after an iOS update that background playback stops working for all apps. To fix the issue, please try the following steps: Open settings, go to "General", "Picture in Picture" and disable then enable "Start PiP automatically". If the issue persists, do not hesitate to contact us. Audio extraction is now available in the latest version of the app.

Superb downloader file manager

This program is awesome. It solves the problem of downloads crashing if the iPad sleeps or if the browser hiccups which can be very frustrating if you are downloading a large file. The ability to have it download multiple streams is great as well. So glad I stumbled on it looking for a DM for iOS. It should be at the top of the offerings instead of pages down. One feature I’d like to see is in the move command to have it be able to move out of its file system to other app areas without using file manager. Having the ability to add cloud sources would be great as well. Look no further, this is the one. Try the free version for yourself. You will be glad you did.

Very good

fGet

This app is amazing for downloading files, I really like it. One thing is missing, the option of sharing files to the other apps.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback and feature request! With the latest version it is now possible to share files to other apps by long pressing a file and choosing “Share”. (Multiple files can also be shared at once through the multi-action menu)

Basically IDM for mobile when it works

Literally does what no other app does. It makes the downloads faster. Too bad that it doesn’t work on some sites unfortunately but when it works it’s a godsend.

Love this app!

This app is excellent for downloading large files quickly! It's like IDM but for my iPhone! Plus due to how simple it is, I really don't mind the ads. One thing to note is that it isn't made immediately clear how to export files out of the app: you add in the app's filesystem in the Files app (like how you can with Google Drive or Mega in the Files app) and then you can directly access the app's files from there.
