Whoever created the list in this app for what foods are low in histamine did no research at all.
Good in principle but could be better
I’ve just been diagnosed with this disorder and came across this app when doing some research. The good bit is the food diary because I have to otherwise write everything down. BUT the bad part is that it doesn’t go far enough.
If what you’ve eaten or used in a recipe isn’t featured in the list, it doesn’t seem to get included. You can’t even alter the quantities of the ones that are featured, so please do look at the free format options in the diary because actually this app could help a lot of people.
