I absolutely love the speedy feedback on order related queries and issues. It was very personable because I had someone via email trying to get the order to me as soon as possible. I really appreciated that. The tufting kit is really convenient and great for someone new to tufting. I created a huge carpet with so much ease and I had so much fun with it.
