I always find it hard to come up with individual sessions when I train on my own. Trainsolo provides customized sessions with an easy to use interface and has made my training so much more efficient. The varying difficulties in drills helped me improve because it gave me the confidence to work on new things but challenging my proficiency in skills I’m comfortable with. I also appreciate the use of video with a voiceover to explain drills. Highly recommend!Show lesssydneyann20

LOVE this app. I have been trying to improve my technical game and in the past, I have struggled to come up with drills that make me better and keep me engaged.
