App doesn’t cancel subscription
Make sure to cancel with you payment provider. App will continue subscription even tho you cancelled on appLetGamesBeFun
No Persistent Login, no Keychain, no Face ID
This app a) doesn’t keep me logged in; b) doesn’t keep my log-in credentials in the keychain; and c) doesn’t allow for Face ID log-in. Thus, every time I’m asked to show my (Deutschland) ticket, I have to fumble for my email address and password, type everything in, and keep everyone waiting.
This app is the opposite of convenient. I regret switching from smart card to mobile.gyokusai
App won’t load
App will not load. Only states an error with my push notifications and then loops back to the error message. This is the only way to access tickets so I can’t use public transit now. This is incredibly disappointing.6969420blazeit

App unbrauchbar
Obwohl ich mich ordnungsgemaess registriert habe, erlaubt es mir die App nicht, mich anzumelden. Beim Druecken der roten Anmeldetaste passiert nichts. Ich wollte das Password zuruecksetzen aber auch das funktioniert nicht.
Echt peinlich, dass es die Rheinbahn im Jahr 2022 nicht schafft eine funktionsfaehige App an den Start zu bringen. Also, zurueck zum guten alten Tickstautomaten, was scheinbar eher der Rheinbahnkultur entspricht.Yorgocito
Keine Zahlungsmöglichkeiten
Die App ist unbrauchbar, da ich keine Zahlungsmethoden hinzufügen kann. Wenn ich auf die Taste für z.B. PayPal drücke, verschwindet alles direkt.Aisla-8182
