Poor app development and nonexistent support
After paying a significant amount for the hardware (which works well BTW), you’re then faced with paying another £17 for the app to use the online functionality of the tank module.
Now I wouldn’t mind paying that amount if the app worked correctly but it doesn’t.
- Trying to access any of the graphs crashes the app
- There is still no way to initiate a password reset from within the app
- The air gap increments need to be reduced to facilitate more accurate alerting
I’ve been in touch with a rep from Aquatel several times to get these issues resolved which have been promised for years, finally we get the much anticipated update…THAT FIXES NONE OF THESE ISSUES.
I swear I’ve spent more time working with the manufacturer of this product than the developers of this app.

In trying to configure the current version, it won’t allow a password greater than 15 characters. Telstra in Australia for their Gen 3 modems have a 16 character password.
In discussions with Aquatel (which started in November, I was told an update would out within the week.
I think it is probably a worthwhile product. But without being able to set it up, due developer constraint on password length, I can’t prove one way or the other.Show less
