The app is terrible to navigate. There is no way to see a workout, exercise reps, and number of rounds (if applicable) in one spot. You are also unable to jump to a workout in a program without completing the current workout first. Lastly, can’t locate a download when downloaded. It’s not saved to the Apple downloads.
