Description of PITFIT Workout

PITFIT is not your standard gym, so don’t expect your average workout. Away from bright lights and distractions, this is where you dig deep and find your inner athlete. You’ll be challenged in ways you didn’t know were possible, but you’ll leave begging to come back. At PITFIT, our goal is to help you reach yours. Dallas’s top trainers are ready to coach and push you through class so that when you’re done, you know you’ve left it all in the PIT. When you step into the PIT, be ready for a 60- minute, non-stop HIIT workout. The PIT is an open-air environment, where the only limitation is YOU. Each day of the week we target different and specific muscle groups. Operated by self-powered equipment, strategically designed to achieve your desired results. Each class is capped at 21 clients, allowing the trainer to give you individualized attention. Whether your goal is to torch body fat, increase strength, or promote lean muscle, the PITFIT team provides a clear roadmap for all levels of fitness and wellness goals.

The best workout!
These are my favorite workouts! The coaches are motivating and welcoming and you burn so many calories in one class. I love that I get my weight training and cardio all in one session. By far the best gym in Dallas!

Game changer!
I’ve been going to PitFit for a few months now and absolutely love it. The instructors are awesome, there’s a lot of variety with the exercises and it’s easy to push yourself in these classes.
