App crashes
I’ve had the app since Christmas 2023. This has worked week since then but since the 29th March 2024 it crashes at 50% sync and doesn’t record sleep anymore. Please can this be sorted asap as I’m using the data for a study.welsh craft nut

Great value
Great watch for the value. I use it for counting steps and simply as a watch. Can’t beat it for under $20.
Only problem I’m having is synching the time. I live in eastern US and recently traveled to west coast. Time synched there but when I returned to eastern US it’s still stuck on west coast time. Any help?Show lessbuzzie12?!'

Stoped working
App stopped working after update to iOS 16.1 on iPhone 12 mini. App starts up and then just closes. Watch no longer usableJJMehmi

Does not download sports i do, steps not accurate, sleep is way off accurate even heart is not spelt correctly in the app.xenphene

Doesn’t download any of the sport activities to the app and the steps don’t seem accurate either.
The watch looks great but that’s as far as it goes. Don’t waste your money buying this watch. A lot better out there, especially if you are wanting to track your sports activities accurately.FlossB20
Can’t link to phone
Doesn’t link to an iPhone7. And. Heart Rate on the home page is misspelled as Herat Rate.iluvbaconeggncheese

Could use a better interface. More sports modes. For instance elliptical, strength training or stretches. Ability to add your app notifications to the watch.DesignerFL#22
