No customers service
Even with an annual subscription which expires 7/2025, I continue to receive the error message that I cannot view a video because it is not included in my plan. I have left comments on several sites still no response.

I am subscribed to ILTV+. I have not been able to log in to it for about a month and a half now. I have tried to log in several times since your email, yet without success. I have emailed ILTV CEO Tom Zadok about the problem but have had no response.

I am on the one month trial and am not sure if I will pay for a subscription. I really enjoy your coverage and, as a Christian, feel close to and indebted to the Jewish people. There is so much bias (and outright violence) worldwide against Jews and it’s good and vital to get a truthful perspective…..(I wrote the above last week, now slightly edited). I have since realised that I definitely want to subscribe, and have just done so. I’ll also note that I really enjoyed, as well as felt strongly convicted by, the program “Breaking Bread with Danielle Renov” entitled “Welcome the Green Shakshuka” and her guests Rudy Rochman and his two compatriots. (Just re-read this, which I thought was sent months ago)

Israel News .
Great channel to find out the news from the holy land . The only thing I would like to see . It’s a section where you can read the news instead of watching the videos . Because sometimes the wifi signals does not help me to watch the video streams . But if I can read the news .it would be much better in case video stream Its not available

Disappointing!
The number of new programs is very sparse. Of course, there is a few very few news type shows but they don’t get into the deep information that you promised.
Flash news is a waste. 5 minutes to give a minimum of information.
I agree you have old shows but once you see them there is minimal new things to watch on a daily basis.
If I am missing things, please tell me. But after watching some back shows you offer nothing much more than watching the news on you tube for free. And Pores’s show on you tube is far more detailed and gives more information.
