Great service, bad app
If we’re talking service, this app is reliable and safe for its purpose. However, this app is just an exact reskin of the browser version of this service - to the point that the “download in the app store” button is still at the bottom. The app is buggy, visually unappealing, and hard to use. I hope that in the future they can make a version of this app that works better for iphones and ipads.Show lesswesley hoy

Its pretty straight forward of an app. I liked it, like knowing the tickets are real is worth the buy, coming from IOWA. A lot of students were scammed for Kaitlyn Clark games on Snapchat, so this app helps for those big ticket item games. Thanks student seats.boyband123
Easy to use
I signed up and was able to sell tickets for three games fairly quickly. I received emails and texts when someone had purchased the tickets, which let me know to do the ticket transfer. I had one question that I sent to the support email, and I received a quick and helpful response.
I really hope this takes off as a student ticket marketplace solution because there are so many hurdles and a high degree of risk with other options, and this team seems to have figured out how to make it straightforward for the student ticket niche.Show lessRyanInSeattle

Honestly, student seats made buying tickets stupid easy. If you’re a student and didn’t get a football ticket package, I HIGHLY recommend you use student seats to get a ticket in the student section. The vibes are unreal and you don’t have to worry about sketchy ppl on Facebook.JPTtown69
Cant even get in
I just made an account, verified it and went to go log in and it won’t allow me. I tried resetting the password twice, i used my username and also tried the email I used, just not working. Tried to email for help but because i’m not signed in I can’t contact support. 1/5Insta!!!!!
