  • Love the concept, execution needs work

    Same issue that someone complained about two months ago that developers said was being worked on, I already passed on matches but then it goes back and shows me the same ones, in the same order, over again. If I wasn’t interested the first go, that isn’t going to change by making me frustrated to see them again. I want to love this app, I want this to work and I want more people on here but I know that’s not something app can control. I will keep up with it and 🤞🏻 things improve.

  • Great idea terrible app

    The idea is brilliant. The app is very poorly built. Filters don’t work, it takes ages to load pictures, no intro available. Not gonna pay if not working properly

    Hi, thank you for your feedback. We have released an update 12/1/21 with several corrections including accuracy of filters & loading time, with an intro portion coming soon! Also, the app will remain free through 2021 and we will not charge any fees until all the critical issues are addressed. We appreciate your patience while we continue to improve the app for you while also in residency ourselves :)
  • App does not work at all

    I can’t even get on the app- I put all my info in the initial “sign up” box and hit submit and nothing happens. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading with no success. What a horrible app design… highly disappointed.

  • What about medical students?

    I can’t sign up because I’m a medical student and I don’t have an NPI. You’re missing out on a huge population of future physicians with great dating potential!! Seems like an issue that needs to be fixed. Also the preview screenshot of the app on the App Store has a 29 year old “congenital cardiothoracic surgeon” - unless she went to medical school at age 15, this seems unlikely!!!

    While we have plans to implement a medical student platform in the near future, our current version is restricted to physicians in the US (with global expansion shortly). Additionally, Apple rules state the information included in the app photos cannot be actual information however, I can disclose the info provided in the photos are based on real physicians.
  • So.Many.BUGS

    Good concept, poor production. I am only shown nationwide “consults” even though I specify my region, and it takes FOREVER to load and 95% of the time it tells me that I need to adjust my preferences to reveal more (which I did as a trial and it didn’t work)
  • Another way to squeeze more $$ out of doctors

    Not worth the time to download the app. Save yourself the trouble
  • Disappointing

    Too many glitches. New or no ending consults take forever to load and even when they do, the pictures don’t show up. The app doesn’t filter consults based on preferences; the algorithm needs to be revised big time. Definitely wouldn’t pay for this

  • Worst

    Slow app since the start. Several pages and consults are getting missed in the app. I see the notifications, names, message previews on my iPhone notifications but nothing inside the app. And I have to pay? What’s the point?

  • Wouldn’t subscribe

    Got past the photo upload glitch (had to give app permission for all photos rather than selected photos). Live in Bay Area and still haven’t seen any local profiles. I know it’s early days for app. But def wouldn’t pay for subscription at end of 2 week trial period at this point

  • Needs work but a good start

    The concept is good. It just needs some fine tuning and refining. For example: editing HPI doesn’t work, it’s a bit slow when changing pages, and probably needs better location filters and the ability to write in a bio. This will come with time and I’m sure the app will flourish.
