The app works well, the only problem I encountered was not being able to split a couple of rooms. Overall it’s easy to use.marifcr
Frustrating
I purposely bought this due to the mapping ability so it could go to the area I need it to hit at the press of a button. It worked for the first month then stopped. I’ve tried to reconnect so many times I’ll most likely get a new robot. Don’t purchase this.Lt. Sarcasm
Robot great / App is terrible
First of all the robot is superb, although it does get clogged very easily. However, the app has so many bugs it’s almost impossible to list them all.
It can be small things such as you can’t select rooms cannot to clean, when there’s a button to do so.
You cannot select speed of fan for each room despite it being an option.
On zone cleaning it comes out, spins around and then returns to charge.
When the mop feature is on, it tried to go on carpet cleaning. No feature to avoid this happening which is a basic feature on other brands
it’s just so many little features that do not work in this app that I have not been addressed, which is a such a shame because it would be such a great package.
4 stars for the robot itself though, dropping 1 star as battery life is starting to diminish and was no where near the claimed amount.Show lessDeano08
Needs an update
The robot hoover is great, works it’s way around the house with ease and has no problem getting back to its charging dock. The hoover however is let down by this app, it rarely works!
I’m going to have to go by memory on this as it’s not connected for a few days, tried deleting the app and installing it, most likely going to have to do a factory reset but not sure how as I can’t connect to the hoover?
The idea of the app is good, you can see the hoover going around the house, make virtual walls and make rooms so you can clean different parts of the house at different times. Anyways sort the app and it’ll be an amazing piece of kit for any homeShow lesshoggart
Room splitting doesn’t work
Many errors but worst is you can horizontally split a room even vertically it rarely works. Needs some serious updating and bug fixing. The robot vac is very very good. Shame about the support and no Alexa support in ukrob0982
Pretty good
The robot itself is pretty good and better than more expensive models. It’s nice that it comes with a separate larger dust box as it’s mainly used for vacuum as apposed to moping. The dust box is not the best and won’t just tip into a bin well but ok if you empty it with a normal vacuum. The app is just ok and does require stuff to be done such as naming rooms several times before it saves. Once it’s set up though it’s fine. The registration code goes to email and it might go to your spam folder so check that. It can work without the app probably better than any other robot vacuum and does have internal memory as I used it before installing the app and it had saved maps. I’d say it’s one of if not the best robot vacuum to use strait out the box but the app could do with updating to fix glitches.Show lessChrisR4d
Clunky
Downloaded this evening for a first use and decidedly unimpressed… App functionality is not intuitive and rarely responds first time. Eg I’ve now renamed my kitchen three times but the App is still defaulting to Living room 1, I’ve also split a space into two separate rooms and again had the app delete the names I’d already input. Only been using it 30 minutes and already I can see it making me very, very angry.Show lessSimonLxyz

Can’t register with the app as it won’t send vertification code. Support doesn’t answer calls so now I’m gonna need to return the item as without app it is useless.bybys blet
