Hi Derrik. Thanks for your review. We would love to get that 5th star if we could. Discovery of issues within the app and reporting them are important to us. We will make it more clear in the app soon, but if you encounter an issue, you can let us know a couple different ways. - Leave us feedback directly in the app in the “About” section of the app. That goes directly to us and we can jump on it and start the trouble shooting process. - You can post a the issue in the “Bow Shop Bible” group on Facebook. - You can bring up the issue during the monthly zoom meeting. If it’s happening to you it could be happening to others. ** suspected culprits are: - No/poor internet signal. The videos stream from a server so internet connectivity may be an issue. - Need of an update. Sometimes iOS and Android devices need updated versions of the app so they can perform according to the new requirements with iOS/Android. - Software glitch: App needs to be completely closed out and restarted. Just an anomaly that sometimes happens. Thanks and I am looking forward to figuring this one out. Talk soon.
