Please Make this work

I have had my lavvie box for about 2 years and still cannot connect it to my internet/ Bluetooth. I even got an internet extender with 2.4 capabilities and still nothing.

Doesn’t work anymore

Just stopped working, no usage data. Seems abandoned. I’m on latest firmware, internet connected etc. it’s broken and has been for some time

Constantly freezing?

The app is very frustrating to use because in certain sections, such as making a cat profile, it’ll let you make the whole profile and then at the end when you are supposed to click the “confirm” button, it just doesn’t work. It won’t confirm and create the profile. I have two cats and for some reason it only let me successfully make one cat profile. I’ve tried twenty times to create my second cats profile, even trying changing the name, breed, birthday, ect just in case any of the info was causing a glitch. It still isn’t working…..

Very informative and helpful.

I’ve three cats of different ages and with this app and the collar am able to learn about my cats’ behaviors. The ability to obtain such information so easily is wonderful and I expect will contribute to their living longer, healthier, and happier lives.

The peace of mind is well worth the price of admission.

Terrible app comparing to the old version

This is a terrible upgrade of the app. The new version added a lot of new features but neglected the core functions to the previous app. The app no longer tracks unknown cat activity (which is essential for multiple cat household and cats with similar weights), the app doesn’t track the cat activity if the weight user put in the profile doesn’t match exactly to the actual cat weight. With the update i no longer can see if the cat bowel activity are normal each day but looking at a chart. Also the cat activity can now only be viewed at the notification without showing the actual time and date of each activity, instead it only shows x hours ago, so I needed to do some math now each time when look at the notification?

I really don’t care about any function other than being able to track my cats bowel activities precisely. Please update the app to fix all the core features.

Thank you for your feedback. Please allow me to explain a few things that can help you with the new application. First of all, there is a filter tool so you can turn/off to see the Unknown cats in the setting screen. Secondly, you can find the details of cat's activity/status on Cat Log in LavvieBot detail screen to see more information collected through the product. We are going to provide a guide to explain about the app and the new functions. PurrSong team and I ask for your understanding. We will be back with the guide soon :)

Awful UI everything is stuffed into menus

The litter box is great, the app has the worst user flow imaginable. It was clearly designed by a person that does not understand what the user is trying to do. All actions take several taps.
