There’s no option to register with a non-LV/LT/EST phone number, making the app useless for visitors to the city. It desperately needs a guest option!Ilonkam

Installed this app hoping to use it during a short trip to Riga. However, it requires a phone number to use it and the only countries it recognizes are Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania. How are visitors from other countries are supposed to use it?

Only for Latvians in Latvia
Rubbish service, can not use if you are planning to go to Latvia and trying to organise your trip in advance. It doesn’t work with non-Latvian phone number. You can not register. Tried to use website- even worse, not opening at all as IP address is foreign. Shame.dododonanana

Unable to register with UK phone number
Looks good but although app allows you to enter a foreign phone number it cannot send sms to it to complete registration. Please fix!Hamay

You cant even register until you buy a Latvian number.
