Log in issue
Hello there, I just downloaded the game and create my account, but when I try to log in it says I need to update the game first, but this is the latest version and I do not find any update button .
Technical diffuculties but great game
I don’t know what’s going on, my game was working just fine but now its saying i need to update it, but every time I try in the app store it just says Open with no update option, anyone know whats the issue?
WHAT IS IT TALKING ABOUT ABOUT?!?!!!!
So I’m trying to log into the game but whenever I hit login, it says something about updating the game, but I don’t understand because if there’s ever a update when I go into the App Store it’ll say update instead of open, but it doesn’t say that looks like a really cool game but I can’t get into the d**n game please please fix it. It looks so fun.

I only have one problem and it’s going to different locations more QUEST PLS
I can’t enter the Crystal kingdom and the new quest is not showing and I’m also stuck on “oh what a brave world” which I finished it just won’t go away. And please keep adding fun quest especially the story line pls and thank you.🥺🙏

Very good but one major issue
The game is overall very fun and rewarding but on both an iPad and iPhone it is impossible to travel to the crystal empire, the game crashes before even loading the area and it’s really frustrating as I can’t complete some quests or even start others without going there.

Ok so basically, I tried to sign up on the website but every time I do it’s like “you didn’t put this image correctly!!!” or “you didn’t answer there’s questions correctly” and like it won’t let me sign up. I even cleared my cache and it STILL won’t let me log in when I go to the app or create a password key for my account. It keeps kicking me out. How do I fix this problem?

still got flaws but dont give up!
i love this and i think it needs some tempuring to do
like the quests it glitches every so often and shuts down or takes back to the home screen of the ponydale wallpaper then sometimes when im reading the story quests it just makes me get stuck and the story is not showing just a blank line
over then that i love this game
please do add more pony styles like hair mains tails that would be epic and make it easier when doing the quests like somstimes finding some items is harder then other quests took me a couple of years lol barely any walkthoughs

Server buttons don’t work
I was able to log in but whenever I’m prompted for the American/European server options, neither buttons work. I tap them and nothing happens. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice but it still doesn’t let me in.
I can’t get in
Ya so I can’t get in I’ll get to the servers and then I can click them as many times as I want and nothing happens it’s really annoying because this game looks so cool and I really want to play it but I can’t even get past the server list so could you please try and figure out the problem and fix it? It would be much appreciated

Fix the lagging and bug problems and more quest pls
I’m trying to go to different locations and it keeps kicking me out and I’m also looking for quest so I know that this game is fun BUT like always there is only one quest to do and it makes me angry because I know there is more then just role playing with friends and sitting around doing nothing but talk to friends (even though it’s nice) but I’m more of a quest type of person who loves adventure
