As I opened this insanely well crafted app, i was transported to my high school bedroom, attempting to beat my best friends high score in the most addicting game of the century. Tested the app, it’s simple, but very clean! I particularly enjoy the concept of using bat echolocation to navigate a dark cave. More importantly, each cave appears to be unique enough between each game run. The color scheme and “echo” tracing is particularly aesthetically appealing. My god. Now I’ve been around. I’ve seen some good stuff, experienced some great stuff, and I’ve also seen some terrible stuff. All of this stuff has given me some mediocre purpose in life, at least for a moment. But there has been something missing. Deep in the background of my psyche, like a low and monotonous hum that you don’t notice unless you turn the music down, there is an an emptiness. It’s all persistent and never ending. A yearning deep within me for something more. Something deeper. Like I said, I’ve been around and I’ve done some stuff, stuff to try and make this humming cease. But nothing, nothing has worked.
