  • Won’t let me select a server

It won’t let me select a server to even start. It just says “my server” followed by “no character data”!
Come on how does it have a 4.7 star review and it won’t even let people play the game. Before anyone ask yes I have max WI-FI. As for my phone I have an IPhone 15 Pro Max
  • Account has disappeared.

Beware, my account seemingly evaporated into nothingness and now I can’t log in at all.
  • Randomly deletes accounts

This was a good app but it has a problem with randomly logging you out of your account. At first it wasn’t an issue because I could close the game and open it and change the server as annoying as it was. But now it completely deleted my account that I spent money on! And on of that it won’t let you bind your account to Facebook for some reason

  • Lost account

I played yesterday for hours and it was attached to my apple account but when I signed in today it restarted the game and I lost all my progress.
  • Do not give money to app

They sold off my banking info and then i got fraud charges on my bank account. I lost my month’s grocery and cell phone pay.

(I paid a 1$ daily purchase which is how they stole it. I was trying to be kind and supportive starting out with one charge. They took advantage of it!)
  • Chinese Code, Taiwan owner in Singapore

No part of this is JRPG or A Japanese dev team. It’s yet another reskinned IdleRPG with no reason to exist. PASS.
  • Good

    Good game
  • Off to a decent start and has potential

I like the idea of idle RPGs, but I find that they rarely live up to what they promise. The Imp is the first one that I’ve actually liked, despite a couple of issues which I’ll discuss later.

First, though, there’s a lot that this game does right. The aesthetic is colorful and adorable, and I like that they went for cute and funny rather than dark and edgy. I really love how much it’s based off of East Asian folklore and mythology and makes all sorts of historical cultural references. I feel that the gameplay is well-balanced, with a straightforward yet fulfilling battle system. There’s always plenty to do and lots of events going on. And the game has an actual storyline to follow, which is great to see.

As far as downsides, the game’s English translation is really rough, like Google Translate could do a better job. It’s often difficult to understand what the characters are saying because the grammar is so bad. Also, some of the female characters’ outfits are a little immodest, and that’s one of my gaming pet peeves. I like that this game has a costume system, though, so I’d love to see opportunities to obtain more modest outfits for some of the characters.

These issues aside, I’ve been having a really enjoyable experience with this game and I think it’s off to a really good start. I hope the developers address the game’s weaknesses, and I look forward to what they have planned in the future.
