Login error
Have been trying to login on this app for over a week now and it keeps telling me login error. I thought this would be fixed but it seems no one cares about it.

It’s rejecting Otp and declining new application, refusing to login the old process... Wack application

This app needs some fine turning.
It looks alot like Trove, the developer should try give it its own image.
Issue with bank name - Under setting, after entering your bank details and you go back to check, the bank name will still show that Abbey Bank, even though it has accepted your own bank and your other bank details are correct, you will need to log out and log in before it’s corrected.
Issues in the Document & KYC section under Setting - The "Select a Document type" is not working under the Proof of Address, Proof of ID or Signature tabs.
What is the "Enter identification Number" doing in the Proof of Address tab, it should not be there.
No where in the setting where you can enter CHN and or CSCS numbers.

Error creating CSCS
Good day, Please help out, I can’t create cscs account, it keep showing error on PC while creating using the app, its showing connection time out.

Not user friendly unable to create an account despite having my BVN on finishing creating the online account via the app , the app couldn’t generate a verifying code to be sent to my email wouldn’t allow me to start all over again as it now says my BVN has been used, several calls to the customers service desk they couldn’t make a fix and only promise to refer my case to the back room staff. In the long run I had to use some other alternative means to pay and register for the MTN shares. If I can rate the app -5 I will. Use alternative means to buy MTN shares PO like a Broker.
