Unique and cool designed clothes
Cotosen is pretty unique in what they offer. However they do like the other review has said, need to work on their customer service a bit more. It’s been a while since I’ve made a purchase from them so I don’t know if they’ve improved since. But the clothes I did order from them definitely warrant a higher rating than a measly 1 star rating.Show lessAD00792
Do not buy from Cotosen!
I ordered a shirt and a pair of jeans 3 weeks ago, I was upset at how long it was taking so I asked for a refund and provided my order #, my request was ignored.
A few days later I sent a cancel my order email again. They responded by saying they couldn’t refund me because the item had shipped already.
