Minimal use “guitar”
If you want something to put in the car when you are traveling it is fine. It is a simple device… That’s it. Nothing more. ….It has control knob to change amps: which all sound alike and can’t be changed anyway apparently; inspite of what the “manual” shows.: The app only gives you a tuner, metronome and drum beat… that’s it folks….this “smart” guitar, ain’t…the app only exists so the Chinese government can steal your data, like TikTok…there is no “customer service “. Someone wrote a rave review about functionality, but they are probably employees….Show lessskeptikal one
App crashes
App just randomly closes after around 30 seconds or so.shaun19762006
Poor app
From what I see on, YouTube, I guess this app used to be considerably more, flexible, capable of EQ and effects, and so forth. Now there is a tuner, a metronome, and a fairly silly drum machine. Period. Very disappointing.Pfosinger
Useless App
Tried scanning a couple QR codes on tags with the guitar…mostly did nothing until the 5th try took me to an all Chinese site. Downloaded the App to phone: Tried setting up account; logging on with Google acct; logging on with Apple acct…all ended with “Network Error” pop up. Sent an email to Enya Support on their website…no response/ no confirmation they got it.Show lessFufufufufuaholes
Crashes, no songs
Enya website promises a song library in this app. No songs, and it crashes while trying to use drum feature. Deleting the app from my phone now… don’t want my data tracked.Great for that
Can’t signup?
Have tried multiple times to register. No email to confirm my registration, and didn’t go to spam folder either. So I can’t access the app at alljohnblive
Drum feature

How about a manual ???!
The Enya Smart Guitar has many things that it appears it can do .. but without instructions .. you are left to flounder around . It appears you have a TRRS connection .. what do you do with it ??There is a live stream connection .. what do you do with that ? On the effects .. there are many dials . But what do you do with them ?? I can't really hear anything changing .. and I can't hear delay .. disappointed !!🙁Show lessAz 133456
Bad App = Bad Guitar!
App never upgraded, Terrible way effects are adjusted within app because it effects volume of guitar and if you turn any of the effects up past half way it is overdriven which like I said effects the overall volume, so it makes guitar no louder than regular acoustic unless you redline the effects, which then makes it sound overdriven! Since I have owned guitar app has never been upgraded like their Chinese version which has been updated about 30 times! Which does absolutely no good to those who don’t speak and read Chinese! Great app for a great instrument
I think they have fixed lots of previous issues, in the beginning I was hesitant to download the app due to the bad reviews and the comments on YouTube and online saying that the Apple asked for personal information and bunch of other issues and glitches, to my surprise I didn’t see any of that as soon as I downloaded the app it was very easy to connect it to my phone with minimal information and it’s got a bunch of cool features like drum loops, tuner and of course you can tweak your guitar tone and save it to use at any time.
So far the guitar in the app are solid and I really like them I can take them anywhere I don’t need to plug-in things, carbon fiber is great in all weather conditions!Show less019283j
