This game is a fix….

The episode part of the game seems pretty good. You have to get objectives to tick off and then you reach the end where the main character gives out coins, and then it moves to another episode.

Where it falls down is the side events that happens every other day. You start off strong, work your way up the leaderboard but never quite hit top spot and then within a matter of seconds, everyone else’s earning start to rocket up and within half an hour you find yourself going from 2nd into 25th place. It’s a joke. I got myself up to 2nd place after about 15-20 mins, and then as soon as I over took 2nd place, the guys earnings rocketed from about 1aa a second to about 1c a second. He was on 2.5ac when I overtook him and in the space of 15 minutes he was on 95af. How the hell is that possible??? That’s what ruins it for me. It’s impossible to finish in the top 10 of events because as soon as you do, everyone else’s earning end up multiplying by about a thousand!

Cannot complete past stage 2

A very simple game but I was intrigued to see where it would go. The 3rd stage was to get a basket but there was no way to get one. I tried everything and found no instructions or guidance how to get one. I assume it is something I am supposed to purchase in the shop but the shop was locked. I ended up deleting the game from my phone as I was not able to continue in the game.

Glitchy as hell

So the game is fun but I have been playing for years and the glitches have gotten worse. A few months back I lost all the progress on the main game on some characters. The loss of those decor cards is still there despite months ago being told they where trying to fix the issue. In some cases the decor card (which are required to automate characters) are locked, cards I had previously to max level.
On the last mid week bonus event when I logged out all my automated characters disappeared and I had to restart all of them. I sent a request to service on Thursday and still haven’t heard back. I will say customer service is usually good and this is unusual but still.

Great game if and when it works

Been playing this for a year, embarrassed to say spent a bit of money on the packages. Loved it and still been playing all the time despite allll the many bugs that shut you out of the game or lose your progress. But despite that the team have always been great, emailed back, sent Scott coins sometimes to apologise for any problems you report. Now they couldn’t care less, I’ve had a problem twice in the past 2 weeks where I’ve spent 150 Scott coins each game to just be locked out and can’t even finish the game so just lost all the coins. And no reply’s to emails no interest at all. And I’m one of the unlucky ones who can’t even play the main game because that got a bug so bad that it’s been probably 6 months and they’ve still not fixed it. Honestly I don’t know what’s happening there but I imagine it’s chaos if it’s anything like the game right now

First Time Ever Reviewing An App

It takes quite a bit to get me to do this . I’ve given this app chance, after chance to at the very least say “hey man we still haven’t fixed the issue, please don’t try to purchase anything because you’ll never get it. We’re working on the issue.” . Fair enough. How about while this is going on, not allow in store purchases that may or may not work. I hate to be the guy complaining but I know I’ve given these developers over a thousand dollars at the very least . It means zero to this team . They’ve gotten so seemingly annoyed that they just simply stop responding and wait for the next time are dumb enough to try for more . For two months I’ve reluctantly tried to play this game , which I’m not going to lie , I really enjoyed. It was a great stress relief. For two months, maybe three. I haven’t made it more than a minute in before it crashes. And it’s not just me . I’m lost . There’s a good bit of money to be had , why isn’t anyone at the very least willing to try to fix this broken game. Until proven otherwise, unfortunately this game is now a money grab.
I’m giving a three because someone there has at least answered me in the last 2 years, and I love the game , to the point I’ve spent money I work for … but

It becomes too much when I’m giving money , receiving what I buy for about a minute, then game crashes every time without fail, annnnd purchase never existed , do it again .

This game is great…when it works.

I’m honestly so disheartened to be writing this. I’ve been playing this game for over a year and I love it. I love it so much I put up with the constant bugs and crashes but I’m at the end of my tether now. I’m on episode 93 and I’ve LOST all of my character cards and decor, meaning that over a year’s worth of grafting and upgrading has all been for nothing. I can’t progress any further due to my lack of cards and whilst I reached out to support and they were really helpful (and kind to give me a load of scottcoins to compensate), it’s just really withered my enthusiasm to play. Hopefully the devs can sort this out and when they do, I’ll be playing more often. But until then, I won’t be playing much as I’m honestly past the point of enduring it and it’s just irritating me more than a bloody mobile game should!

Soooo glitchy but still good if you have patience

I’m still playing this game loyally after 6 months but it’s getting so glitchy that I’m thinking of stopping. Events get overloaded at the start and then the app freezes and closes. This happens multiple times. Currently it’s having a glitch where I’ve lost all the status of my decor cards. Plus one of the milestones says get 1k in leads and they all have that but it won’t move on. Even during normal episodes the app is crashing or losing internet when I have perfect wifi at home. It’s a great game with well curated content but I’m losing my patience with it a bit. Hope the developers fix all the bugs soon!

Fun but never works

I’ve had this game for a year I couple weeks ago deleted it to see if maybe that would fix the bug problem but no and I don’t recommend deleting it if you want to keep your progress, I lost all my progress all of it so I had to start from scratch. The only reason I keep this game is because of the events but lately I can’t even join any of the events. Why I’ll tell you why because every single time, I click on the little event tab that takes you to the event it reboots or reloads even when I’m on Wi-Fi and I have all the bars I stop so many tickets because none of them were ever answered. I like this game but I’m really disappointed it bugs out even on the main game nine out of 10 times you will be booted off the game and it takes forever to load the game and it’s literally a cycle of reboot play for two minutes reboot again play for two minutes reload looks like your internets like Stanley or something along those lines, so I don’t know I really liked this game, but after a certain point the main levels are way too hard to progress on and it takes months to complete one episode. The events are fun. I loved the events when I could participate in them now I keep getting kicked out and rebooted which takes forever and multiple reboots to the point where after 20 minutes of trying to get into the event I give up

STOP THE GLITCHES!!!

I am so sick of this game - I love The Office and I love these types of games so I really wanted to love this game but the constant glitches are too much. The final straw was all my Scott coins have gone, but also if you’re on the game for longer than about 15 minutes the game just closes down, sometimes you can upgrade characters/get bonus leads etc then when you go on the game later on, it hadn't saved your progress from earlier so you have to make all that progress again - which is especially annoying if you’re playing the time-limited events. The same happens if you watch the videos to double your money, the whole thing just seems to be random if it remembers your progress or not. It’s so frustrating!!!!!! Please fix it and give me my Scott coins back!!!!

Don’t. Just don’t.

This is a total time sink. If you do download the game, don’t spend any money. The developers can’t figure out basic game saves. The events don’t keep your progress - if your phone screen turns off or the app crashes, your progress is not kept. Waste of time. Waste of money.
