Still no useful updates
On the desktop version there should be a way to enlarge the photo without clicking on the entire profile (update: still not a feature). The pictures are so tiny you cannot see them. What’s the point of getting photos of clients if you can’t see the photos? On the app version you can’t see the whole week you’re teaching, or any upcoming classes (update: still unable to view other days or weeks to easily see your schedule). It doesn’t seem like the developers know what the purpose of the system is supposed to do or have stepped foot into a space that would use this product.Show lesstiger56679

I like how you can see how many classes someone has taken, but there are some things that other companies with a similar platform have that make this product inferior.
One is that you have the clients photo on the profile but there isn’t a way that it blows up for you to see when you go to click or move the cursor over it in either the phone or desktop versions. So you have to go deep into their profile to see the small photo enlarged and even then the picture is grainy while connected to wifi.
On the phone I would love to see the option when someone doesn’t have a picture and you click the photo icon that there is a “take a photo” option to directly link it to the clients account and not have to store a photo and then upload it to their profile. Other apps have this function and it’s very practical.
Something that seems unnecessary is that there are a million icons that mean something that aren’t useful. Maybe you can modify those to display less and pick what’s a priority? UnsureShow lessDeveloper Response
