Have ordered some items on HaffPrice and they were delivered, unfortunately the shoe was a small size, I opted to return it but to my surprise i was told not to worry and i was advised to give the shoe to charity was also told i will get a refund 😳

Items quality are excellent, customer service top notch, app easy to operate but size of items doesn’t justify, my first orders all items was too small, complaint and coupon was given thanks to Shell for her great customer service, I reordered but items still not perfectly fit even after going for a bigger size to the previous sizes ordered. I won’t even lodge complaint anymore.
